Seth Kahan and I will hold a teleseminar on "Getting Change Right, through High-Performance Teams," as a preview of the two day Masterclass in Washington DC that Seth and I will hold on June 11-12, 2009

A. CONTENT The teleseminar will cover, among other things:

- what does it mean to "get change right"?

- what are high performance teams?
- what the masterclass will--and will not--cover.
- how high-performance teams differ from traditional teams
- where are high performance teams being practised?
- where do high-performance teams come from?
- what are their main characteristics?
- what is their future?
- what does it take to practice high performance project management?

The teleseminar will be highly interactive and participants will be able to ask questions and get answers.

The teleseminar will take place from 1pm to 2pm US ET time on Monday May 11, 2009.
